Transform9: Web Design by tubik studio

Explore the Transform9 web design by tubik studio, pairing modular AI agent cards with warm clinical typography and pixelated cross motifs.

Clinical software usually feels ice-cold. Healthcare is a high-stakes field where patients and doctors don't easily trust automated tools. When Transform9 set out to automate clinical communication and bridge the gap between front-desk efficiency and patient care, they brought in tubik studio to build both the visual identity and the website from the ground up. Art director Oleksii Dubrov and web designer Stepan Khmarnyi teamed up with identity designers Vlad Radionov, Roma Chornyi, and Olya Zakharyan, plus motion designer Andriy Drobovych, to ditch sterile hospital-blue clichés. It's a warm, approachable system anchored by a lowercase geometric wordmark where an electric blue nine meets a superscript medical cross built from five overlapping pixel squares.

Modular AI Agent Cards and Human-Centered Web Design

Nothing in the grid feels forced. Built in Figma, the core product architecture breaks complex clinical automation down into four distinct modules: Scheduling Agent, Tasking Agent, Navigator Agent, and Outreach Agent. Each module uses tangible UI cards to show what happens on a live call rather than burying visitors in abstract paragraphs. In the Scheduling Agent view, a dark stacked card deck shows how a patient named Emily Davis reschedules her MRI for Thursday at 10:30 AM in two quick messages. Over in the Navigator Agent panel, a clean call-routing tree connects incoming inquiries straight to Dr. Patel in Orthopedic Surgery, Jessica Moore in Billing, or Mark Evans in Imaging, paired with sun and crescent-moon icons for after-hours support logs and a voice profile selector featuring a glowing blue radial orb.

The dark-mode contrast hits right away. In the Tasking Agent workflow, a voice note from patient David Lee asking about physical therapy displays a live audio waveform that routes through the glowing t9+ emblem directly into the surgeon's inbox. Across the responsive mobile screens — spanning specialty menus for Cardiology, Neurology, and Ophthalmology, cobalt-blue and lime-green pixel tiles frame real portraits and bold clinical stats like 70% of calls handled without human intervention. Down at the bottom of the page, a silhouetted caller stands against a backlit blue grid beside the headline "Skip the Hold Music. Forever." and a split conversion bar pairing an instant phone callback input with a lime-green demo button.
